These terms apply to events, workshops and use of the premises at the Art Hub Peetri studio. By making a booking and paying the prepayment, the client confirms that they read and accepted these terms before confirming the booking.
1. BOOKING AND EVENT DURATION
1.1. Booking a standard party package entitles the client to use the studio during the time stated in the booking. With the standard package, the studio may be used for up to 3 hours, unless the offer states otherwise.
1.2. Three hours of studio use does not mean 3 hours of guided activity. The length of the workshop or other guided programme depends on the chosen package, the number of participants, the children’s age and differences in working pace.
1.3. Once the booked workshop or other guided activity has ended, guests may use the studio until the end of the booking in accordance with the studio rules.
1.4. Additional workshops, games, instruction, an entertainer or any other programme not included in the original booking are an additional service and must be agreed with Art Hub Peetri separately.
1.5. Exceeding the booked time is possible only by prior agreement and according to the current price list.
2. ORDER AND PREPAYMENT
2.1. Service prices are shown on the website next to each service, in euros (EUR).
2.2. To confirm the booking, the client pays a prepayment of 50% of the total service price by bank card on the website.
2.3. The contract enters into force when the prepayment is received in Art Hub Peetri’s bank account.
2.4. If the ordered service cannot be provided because the service has been discontinued or for another reason on Art Hub Peetri’s side, the client will be notified at the earliest opportunity and the amount paid will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days after the notice is sent.
3. CHANGING AND CANCELLING A BOOKING
3.1. Art Hub Peetri’s service is a leisure service provided on a specific date, and therefore the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to it.
3.2. The booking date may be changed once free of charge to any available date if Art Hub Peetri is notified no later than 3 days before the event. For a later or repeated change, the booking fee (50% of the total price) must be paid again.
3.3. If a booking is cancelled, 50% of the total booking price is non-refundable. If the client has paid more than that, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 working days of sending the cancellation notice.
3.4. Changes and cancellations must be notified by e-mail to booking@art-hub.net in free form, stating the phone number used for the booking and the date and time of the event.
3.5. There is no right to a refund for the day visit service, as the service is purchased and provided on the same day.
4. NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
4.1. The client informs Art Hub Peetri of the final number of children and adults no later than 2 days before the event.
4.2. The package price covers only the number of participants stated in the package.
4.3. For a child’s birthday party, the birthday child’s mother and father, or two adults accompanying the child, are included in the package price.
4.4. For other adult guests, an extra charge of 5 euros per person applies if they attend the event and need a seat, dishes or a table setting.
4.5. A significant increase in the number of participants must be agreed with Art Hub Peetri in advance. The studio has the right to refuse a number of participants that does not allow the premises to be used safely and as intended.
5. SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN
5.1. The workshop leader is responsible for running the guided activity during the workshop.
5.2. Outside the guided activity, parents or other accompanying adults are responsible for supervising the children and for their behaviour.
5.3. A studio booking does not include constant supervision of children, an entertainer or organised activity for the whole booking time, unless this is separately stated in the package.
5.4. Children must not be in the car park, on the road or in any other dangerous area outside the studio without adult supervision.
6. FOOD AND DRINKS
6.1. The package includes only the food, drinks and other products named in the offer or order confirmation.
6.2. Food, drinks and other products in the studio’s fridge, kitchen, cupboards and storage rooms that are not named in the client’s package are not for free use.
6.3. To use such products, the consent of an Art Hub Peetri staff member must be obtained in advance.
6.4. The client is responsible for food ordered or brought by the client, unless the food was purchased from Art Hub Peetri.
7. DISHES AND CLEANING
7.1. Regular cleaning after the event and washing of Art Hub Peetri’s dishes are included in the package price, unless the offer states otherwise.
7.2. Clients do not need to wash the dishes or load the dishwasher after the event, unless an Art Hub Peetri staff member has given separate permission to do so.
7.3. Food waste, napkins, plastic or other items must not be put in the dishwasher.
7.4. For extraordinary cleaning caused by soiling significantly greater than normal use or by a breach of the studio rules, Art Hub Peetri may charge an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros, if the need for additional cleaning is justified.
7.5. If the actual justified cost of cleaning, repair or restoration exceeds that amount, Art Hub Peetri has the right to claim compensation for the proven damage to the extent permitted by law.
8. STUDIO PROPERTY AND DAMAGE
8.1. The client is liable, to the extent provided by law, for damage caused by the client and the participants of the client’s event to the studio’s property, furniture, equipment, dishes, decorations or other inventory.
8.2. Any damage to property must be reported to an Art Hub Peetri staff member immediately.
8.3. A claim for compensation is based on the actual cost of repairing, cleaning or reasonably replacing the damaged item.
8.4. Normal wear and tear from ordinary use is not considered damage caused by the client.
9. BEHAVIOUR IN THE STUDIO
9.1. The client and their guests must follow the reasonable instructions of Art Hub Peetri staff regarding safety, use of property and the organisation of the event.
9.2. Aggressive, threatening or abusive behaviour, or behaviour that endangers the safety of other guests or staff, is not allowed.
9.3. In the event of a serious or repeated breach, Art Hub Peetri has the right to demand that the breach stop and, if necessary, to end the event if continuing it is not reasonably possible or safe.
10. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
10.1. All services not named in the booking confirmation or the chosen package are additional services.
10.2. A client’s wish to receive an additional programme, workshop, instructor, entertainer, catering, extra room or other service during the event does not oblige Art Hub Peetri to provide it free of charge.
10.3. The price of an additional service is agreed before the service is provided.
11. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1. If during the event the client finds that the agreed service does not match what was ordered, please notify an Art Hub Peetri staff member immediately so that, where possible, the problem can be solved during the event.
11.2. A complaint submitted after the event should describe the shortcoming and the solution the client wants as precisely as possible.

11.4. Submitting a complaint does not deprive the consumer of their statutory rights.
11.5. If the client and Art Hub Peetri cannot settle a dispute by agreement, the client has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon). The procedure and the application form are available at www.komisjoon.ee. Examination of a complaint by the committee is free of charge for the consumer.
12. FEEDBACK AND PUBLIC REVIEWS
12.1. Art Hub Peetri respects the client’s right to publish both positive and negative opinions about their experience.
12.2. In a public review, please distinguish personal opinion from verifiable statements of fact.
12.3. If, in Art Hub Peetri’s view, a published review contains incorrect statements of fact, Art Hub Peetri has the right to ask the author to correct or remove them and to use the legal remedies available to it.
12.4. This section does not limit the client’s right to file a justified complaint, to turn to the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet) or another competent authority, or to publish a lawful opinion about their customer experience.
13. LIABILITY
13.1. In the event of a breach of these terms, the client is liable for the proven damage caused by the breach to the extent provided by law.
13.2. Art Hub Peetri does not apply a general automatic contractual penalty for breaching each rule. If a separate charge applies to a specific service or breach, it must be clearly communicated to the client before the contract is concluded.
13.3. Art Hub Peetri is liable for the proper performance of its contractual obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
14. PERSONAL DATA
14.1. Art Hub Peetri uses the personal data provided by the client (including name, phone number and e-mail address) only to process the order, provide the service and send booking-related notifications.
15. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
15.1. Before confirming the booking, the client must have the opportunity to read these terms.
15.2. By making a booking and paying the prepayment, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.
15.3. When booking online, the client confirms their acceptance with a separate checkbox:
“I have read the Art Hub Peetri studio use and event terms, I understand what the booked package includes, and I accept the terms.”
15.4. An online booking cannot be completed without confirming acceptance of the terms.
15.5. A booking is governed by the terms in force at the time the booking was made. Later changes to the terms do not change the terms of an already confirmed booking, unless the parties agree otherwise.
